Extended Christmas Returns
Shop with confidence at Owen & Robinson this Christmas with our extended returns policy, valid over the festive period from Wednesday 18th November and you'll have until Wednesday 6th January to return purchases bought during this time.
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted on the presentation of the unused goods in the original packaging (with no alterations made) and the guarantee accompanied by the till receipt or proof of purchase. During these times it may take longer than usual to process returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.

The health and well-being of our customers, staff, partners and wider community is our number one priority, so we will continue to do what's best by them, while maintaining the Owen & Robinson service you'd expect.
Our UK Next Day Delivery service is temporarily suspended, however we endeavour to dispatch all online orders within 2-3 days of purchase date. Please note, that while International and European orders will be dispatched by Owen & Robinson on time, due to the current situation we can't make any guarantees regarding delivery time as I'm sure you can appreciate.
Your Owen & Robinson purchase is very precious and we want to make sure that it arrives in perfect condition; therefore all our deliveries are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and will require a signature upon delivery.
If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day. There are some factors that may affect dispatch such as stock availability, if we have to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the dispatch of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday, then your goods will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Free Delivery is excluded from items £49.99 and under, and Astley Clarke Sale items.
£3.95 on orders £49.99 and under | FREE on orders over £50 placed online.
If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Thursday, you can expect to receive your order the following day; orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders under £49.99 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™. With this service Royal Mail aims to deliver your order the next working day, a signature will be required from the receiver and you can track your parcel online.
Orders over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™. With this service Royal Mail will deliver your item before 1:00pm the next working day, a signature will be required upon delivery and you can track your parcel online.
In most cases we will only deliver to your registered billing address, however we may deliver to an alternative address at our discretion. Interest Free and PayPal orders will ONLY be delivered to your registered or verified billing address.

Relevant customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of any goods and are charged upon delivery. Customs policies and charges can vary greatly from country to country and we have no control over what these charges may be. For further information and to find out what charges you can expect to pay you should contact the relevant customs office.
Interest free credit orders will only be dispatched once your application has been authorised by our finance company and these orders can only be delivered to your billing address. Finance is only available to UK residents.
Paypal orders will only be dispatched when we receive notification from PayPal and these orders will only be delivered to your verified PayPal address.
Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods (especially Christmas) so if you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance.
If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
